These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of knittens.com and any purchase you make from Knitten Clothing Company (“KNITTENS,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Accounts

Signing in requires a valid Indian mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. You’re responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is only confirmed once payment is successfully verified. We may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly — and will refund any payment already made. Promotional codes apply only as described at the time they are offered and cannot be combined unless stated.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying on KNITTENS you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms for the payment method you use. Gift cards purchased on KNITTENS may be redeemed toward any order and are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping

Delivery estimates, shipping charges, and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to circumvent security, scraping content at scale, submitting fraudulent orders or reviews, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Reviews & content

If you submit a product review or other content, you confirm it’s your own genuine opinion, not misleading, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

The KNITTENS name, logo, site design, and product photography belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KNITTENS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including for defective goods under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
