Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

We currently ship within India. Two delivery options are shown at checkout:

• Standard — 4–6 business days, ₹99. Free on orders over ₹1,999.
• Express — 1–2 business days, ₹299.

Delivery windows are estimates from the time an order ships, not from the time it’s placed, and can vary by location and courier conditions.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it has been fulfilled for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you’ll need to use the return process below instead. To cancel an eligible order, contact support@knittens.com with your order number.

Returns

If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

The following items can’t be returned unless faulty: innerwear and socks, gift cards, and any item marked as final sale on its product page.

To start a return, email support@knittens.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We don’t currently offer direct exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or style.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. If your order was paid for in part or in full with a KNITTENS gift card, that portion is credited back to the gift card as store credit rather than to a bank account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
